Return Policy

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your order! If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our customer service fairy kylie@festivegal.com within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.

Please note, we do not accept returns on our custom-made products. This includes the following items:

  • Custom phrase party crown
  • Crowns with custom ages
  • Any party crowns with a year
  • Custom Sashes
  • Custom Hats
  • Custom Stanley Name tags

Our Stanley Name tag products are FINAL SALE. If your name tag doesn't fit your cup, you likely have the wrong style cup. These name tags fit the Stanley Quencher H2.0 tumblers, they will not fit the old-style of Stanley lids. Please check the version of your cup before making a purchase. If you believe we mailed you the wrong size of name tag, please email us at festivegal@festivegal.com with a photo of how your name tag fits. We will fix the error if you received the wrong size.

Festive Gal does not refund any shipping charges on returns.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges on your order. If Festive Gal provides a return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered.

Seasonal Items:
We will not be accepting returns for products that have a YEAR such as "2024" for graduation or new years. Upgrade shipping accordingly to receive your time-stamped crown in time before the holiday.

Items arriving late for an event:
We do not accept returns just because an order arrived after your deadline. All shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees. If you have a tight deadline, you can email us at kylie@festivegal.com to discuss expedited shipping options to meet your deadline before you place your order. This way, we are all on the same page with deadlines and expectations.
