Shipping FAQ

Orders are shipped from our Glitter Studio in Denver, CO within 3-5 business days. All items are made-to-order (this allows YOU to customize the colors etc.)

  • It's always helpful to add a note to your order with your time-sensitive deadline so that we can do our best to accommodate the rush request.
    • You will see a box on the first page of checkout where you can add a note.
  • Please also make sure that you purchase appropriate expedited shipping if needed.
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an email notification with your shipping details and updates. You will also get a tracking number.

Make sure to verify that your shipping address is correct, all items will be sent to the address shown at the time of checkout. 

Festive Gal is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once it leaves our shop, we can’t control the delivery times by the shipping carrier. USPS shipping times are not guaranteed, while UPS Shipping times ARE. If you cannot find a package marked as "delivered" check with your local post office for more in-depth answers. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 


Due to both the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS and shipping carriers are experiencing a huge increase in shipping volume. Needless to say, it’s taking longer for carriers to deliver packages during this time. We are NOT responsible for any delays that arise after your item has been sent out. All shipping times are estimates, based on USPS shipping. Please upgrade to expedited shipping if your shipment is time-sensitive to best ensure delivery by the date needed.
